We offer industrial and commercial building construction services nationwide. Our first office started in Allegany, NY and operates today as Kinley Contractors, serving customers in Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania, including Buffalo, Rochester and Erie, PA.
Kinley’s Seattle, WA office services all other industrial and commercial project opportunities. This office is led by Jeff Crisafulli, a 40+ year commercial and industrial construction veteran.

Pre-Construction Consulting
Our consultations accurately define overall objectives, provide preliminary pricing for project concepts, and assist in financial analysis and pro forma calculations. Our “value engineering” approach identifies cost saving opportunities early in the process for a full range of design components and systems.
Design-Build
Design-build is a construction method that gives the client one point of contact from concept to completion. The contractor is held responsible for all facets of construction including pre-construction services, estimating, budgets, comprehensive design, selection of subcontractors, construction, and post-construction services.
General Contracting
Kinley also has the ability to serve as a full-service general contractor, performing and managing all phases of construction from start to finish. Clients can rest easy knowing our leadership has deep commercial and industrial experience that results in trusted, long-term relationships.
