NGL - Barge Unloading Terminal

In Houma, LA, Kinley built a NGL unloading facility, including vapor recovery unit, for one of Shell Oil’s mid-stream storage areas. In this case, all product came to the unloading facility via barge where it would be stored at the facility and ultimately pipelined to Shell’s facility about a mile away.
