Kinley partnered with Greenergy on a Design-Build project that consisted of all engineering, permitting, site work, and subsurface preparation with helical and driven piles, concrete foundations, storm drainage, new switch and two track installation, industrial waste system with trackpans, oil water separator and lined retention pond, 24-spot railcar offloading system for various products, railcar fall protection system, four each 5,000 Barrel tanks (3 internal floating roofs), containment walls with liner, all piping, bridges and supports, 2-spot / 8-arm truck loading rack with canopy capable of loading Premium gasoline, Ethanol Blended gasoline, Ethanol, Diesel and Dyed Diesel, full vapor recovery system with VRU, all electrical components with MCC building, lighting, PLC and fully automated controls, security fencing and cameras.
