Kinley Construction specializes in industrial and mechanical construction in North America.
Our expertise includes fueling and environmental infrastructure for aviation, railroad, energy, government, commercial/industrial building construction, and industrial service & maintenance.

We build, service and maintain midstream terminals, hydrant fueling facilities, pump/filter pads, bulk storage, transloading facilities, diesel fueling platforms, track pans, and industrial/environmental waste systems.

We also provide commercial and industrial building construction services nationwide, including pre-construction consulting, design-build, and general contracting services.

For over 129 years, the Kinley name has been known for integrity, service, excellence, and a “never settle”, solutions-based approach. This foundation has produced long-term business relationships for six generations.

SIX GENERATIONS OF EXCELLENCE

1800s

March 30, 1895, Adam Kinley started Kinley and Sons, a family-owned and operated tannery and timber harvesting business in Western New York. The timber business is still in operation today.

1911

With oil and gas discoveries in the region, Adam’s son William sold the tannery business and formed Kinley Oil Company in 1911. This company produced oil and gas in Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania for the next 80 years.

1980s

Over time, Kinley Oil Company took a natural turn to industrial construction and Kinley Corporation was formed in 1964 in Western New York state to serve the commercial construction business. The early 1980s was a time of expansive growth for Kinley's industrial construction business as it expanded to Nebraska by acquiring and managing fuel terminals. In 1988, the growth of the construction business led to the formal establishment of Kinley Construction.

2000s

Formally known as Kinley Construction Group (KCG), KCG became a nationally recognized and respected general contractor serving the industrial and mechanical fueling industries in the aviation, railroad, energy, and government industries. Kinley Corporation in Western New York continued to build and grow its commercial construction business.

PRESENT

In 2022, Kinley Construction formed Kinley Advanced Technical Services to offer nationwide service and maintenance solutions to the rotating equipment industry, including steam turbines, reciprocating and integral engines and related compressors. The company's sixth generation continues a legacy-driven, long-term approach to growth, while bringing with them the foundation of relationships, values, people, and experience that began at Kinley and Sons more than 125 years ago.
