UPRR Locomotive Repair Facility

For UPRR, Kinley constructed a locomotive service and repair facility, warehouse, administration building, wheel truing building, pumphouse, fuel farm, transfer table facility, and associated structures, paving and utilities.

The diesel repair facility incorporated a building structure of over 30,000 square feet. The wheel truing facility was 10,000 square feet with a 40 foot deep drop table installation.

The overall scope also included construction of the subgrade, sub-ballast and ballast for track with the erection of all the fabricated metal buildings, track slabs, transfer tables and rail plates, clips, anchors, and fasteners.
